Hehe, I understand. Ok, there is no need to program in OPN, but it would be nice to know a little bit of html sometimes. OPN is made forpeople who do not want to program ( btw its vey difficult to do secure programming). Just install OPN and use the ready to use functions as guestbook, forum, calender and many many more

Hope it helps

Newbie question!!!!

Hi!! Thanks for your reply!!
My idea is not using dreamweaver for cms. I only use dreamweaver for design purpose. But my client needs to have a cms so he can update the information that is in the website.
I confess... i'm a graphic designer and i'm trying to do the job of a programer instead of handling this part of the job to him... could i be blamed?

thanks once again for your reply!

Hi,
no, OpenPHPNuke is not made for working with dreamweaver, OPN ist standalone. Perhaps you should check the macromedia website to get further information or just google for flash, dreamweaver etc.

But a question:
If you decide to write a letter, do you write it with dreamweaver? I hope not Perhaps word or wordpad would be better for this task.
Why using dreamweaver for cms purposes?

Good luck

Hi everyone!! I have just registered as a new member, and i really new to this cms thing!!! My question might sound stupid but i'll promisse i'll learn fast!!!!
I normally develop my websites in flash, and dreamweaver and until today i was the one who maintained the websites. But I
have a client that wants to maintain himself the website. Its a website for a Soccer Club, so he wants to change the news, results, images, classification tables, and so on!
So my question is:
Can i develop all the website in dreamweaver and integrate openPHPnuke with it for my client to maintain and change all the information he wants?? is there any tutorial that my teach the basics for this?? if not have anyone have any ideia how i can take this rabbit out of my hat???
thanks for your time!!!!
