HELP!! can't access admin

The info is stored in the database. Table yourprefix_configs.
Lok for the record with modulename admin/openphpnuke.
In the field settings are the setings from admin settings.
Look for s:7:"opn_url";s:XX:"http://...
Change the URL to your old and don't forget to change the XX (that's the lenght of the URL) before the URL string.

HELP!! can't access admin

Posted: 2004-01-02 23:25

i did it. oh yeah, i've made a fool out of myself. really. here's the scenario :

in a weak moment this morning i, for some silly reason, decided to change the homepage url in admin/settings. I changed it from the "real" url, to my brand new subdomain. Now the site looks like shit. It don't seem to be able to access it's stylesheets or something. when i tried to correct my stupid mistake i wasn't able to reach admin at all.

It seems (dont ask me why...) like these settings are stored in...eh...SQl, but when trying to fix it within mySQl the whole site disappeared. I've corrected this now, but i can't figure out where to change back to the original url in admin/settings. Is it stored in mySQL or can i change back to the orriginal url by downloading a config file from the server and upload the corrected file.

I'm truely amazed if you understand half of what i'm writing here. I guess I'm just confused or desperate or something...

Thanks for any help!
