this error is fixed, but yet not in the bugfix release.

Get the bugfix with SVN or use this way:
What you have to do:

Add a new line 50 with the following content:

$hlp1 = array();

manne

I get this error at the top of the page after clicking on sitemap link:

WARNING [8] Undefined variable: hlp1
FOUND IN [system/sections/plugin/menu/index.php]
FOUND AT 79

Line 79 code:
if (count($hlp1)) {
     $hlp = array_merge($hlp,$hlp1);
}
