a little problem about banner module add&remove

Posted: 2004-05-29 04:16

Yep. I just wonder why this function works perfectly on my own machine which is running Debian. I even suspected that I hadn't set up apache or php correctly on my office's machine (I ran OPN on it at first)... I didn't realize it was running NIS when I was "working overtime", however, studying OPN. :-p

Thanks.

Dai

"banner" is a magic keyword for some private firewall system like "norton internet security".

They prevent the display of those when found in the html source.
That may be the reason. You can disable e.g. NIS banner blocking for your site an I think it will work again.

a little problem about banner module add&remove

hi there,

i've seen a little problem in banner module addition. there is no [yes] option button displayed. and it also happens when you have installed all modules then you want to remove that banner module.

i haven't tried all modules in openphpnuke-2.0.2-full.tgz, but all modules which i have tried their add/remove function work well except that banner mod.

i'm not sure that is a bug. but i thought i should let you guys know if it was a small mistake.

and thank you guys did this petty cool stuff!! well done!!
