My idea is not using dreamweaver for cms. I only use dreamweaver for design purpose. But my client needs to have a cms so he can update the information that is in the website. I confess... i'm a graphic designer and i'm trying to do the job of a programer instead of handling this part of the job to him... could i be blamed?
