Would like to ask if Timezone via putenv this function works in OPN 2.3.1? Since i tried to setup the value of timezone to "Europe/Paris", but the site time including the fourm didn't change at all. Therefore I just wonder if this function is working in that build? Besides, I have confirmed putenv php function is enable on the server. PHP version 4.4.1 and the web sever time is American time.
