I get this error after the install, on the main page as well as any subsequent page -

Did you have installed OPN on a local Network?
Did you use an IP as the URL?
I you answer both questions with yes take a look here. 
Cause OPN will not work with an IP as URL.

What did you enter for the OPN URL on step 1 of the installation?
A FQDN or the IP?

Please tell us, what you have exactly typed into the URL field (i.e. http://FQDN, only FQDN or what).
Without the exact OPN URL we can say nothing.

I typed the FQDN - ex: onl.dp.tat --- Only accessible internally - (intranet). I did not type in http://onl.dp.tat -- only ---- onl.dp.tat

Then you have made an error. Cause the URL must start with http://
