On a new installation of OPN, I get the message
"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare versionnr() in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\OPN\admin\openphpnuke\version.php on line 23"
after clicking on "Write configuration -> Create tables"
I have tried using Firebird and MySQL databases, as well as Apache and IIS web servers with PHP 4.3.2.
Can someone tell me what is causing this?
Thank you all!

We had the the same occurance from a german user
He used Apache 2.x and PHP 4.30 and it was solved by updating PHP to 4.32
So it was not a bug in opn.
Can you give us your apache version?

Apache versions 2.0.44 and 2.0.47 both had the same problem, as does IIS v5 - all were already using PHP 4.3.2.

OK, with Apache 1.3.28, and everything else the same, things are working.
Any thoughts as to why?

There are some bugmessages on php.net that Apache 2.x and PHP 4.3.0 has problems with include and include_once. On the german support site a user had the same problem with Apache 2.x and PHP 4.3.0. After he updates to PHP 4.3.2 the problem was gone. So that's strange. Maybe if you update to PHP 4.3.3 the problem is gone.
