What's the last stable version of OpenPHPnuke?
I saw that was OpenPHPNuke 2.4.2 from 02.11.2006. This is true?

so long time and no answer - sorry for that...
The latest release of OPN has version number 2.4.13.
You can find it in the downlad section in the german pages of OPN. (including all update steps since 2.4.2)
